About Me

For 14 years, Peter worked in construction as an engineering consultant and project manager. Working closely with architects, engineers, and builders on new developments, and across various sectors including residential, commercial, and industrial buildings, Peter has a strong comprehension of the development and design processes.

Parallel to his construction journey, Peter was also exposed to the real estate market, through his partner, Cheryl, and supported in the development of marketing materials, as well as other various aspects necessary to enable the evolution of her business, as she charted the course to achieving success as a top realtor in the Vancouver area.

While Peter has hung up the engineer's stamp and is no longer practicing engineering, he continues to work with the architectural and engineering communities, both in their pursuit of their real estate dreams (buy / sell / invest), as well as in supporting developers in shaping the guidelines for new single family properties and "plex" developments.

When not working, Peter enjoys spending time with his two young children who seem to have an endless amount of energy and manage to keep him busy. He also enjoys staying active and can often be seen running along the False Creek or Stanley Park seawalls, or through the East Vancouver community, Hastings Sunrise, which he calls home.  At other times, he can be found either fly fishing in some of the rivers in the lower mainland or Sea-to-sky areas or hiking in the local mountains.
