Prior to venturing into her real estate business, Cheryl served as a Regional Business Manager for Boston Pizza International. She oversaw a portfolio of seventeen stores across Western Canada that generated approximately fifty million dollars worth of annual revenue.

Although she has a welcoming and caring personality that instantly wins her clients' trust, it is her honesty, unquestionable integrity and steadfast support that turn those connections into long standing relationships. Her success hinges on creating bonds that last beyond the transaction.

Allison’s passion for real estate started at a young age, growing up in a family that was heavily involved in real estate investment and development. Her first job out of business school was working as a property manager at a local company, which led her to working in England as a senior property manager for one of the largest property networks across the UK. This naturally progressed into a career in real estate. 

 Allison combines her business education and love for property with her experience in the hospitality industry, where she worked in high-end restaurants and resorts across Canada. Her experience in luxury service environments taught her the importance of building genuine relationships, providing exceptional experiences, and understanding her clients’ needs—values she now brings to every real estate transaction.

For 14 years, Peter worked in construction as an engineering consultant and project manager. Working closely with architects, engineers, and builders on new developments, and across various sectors including residential, commercial, and industrial buildings, Peter has a strong comprehension of the development and design processes.

Parallel to his construction journey, Peter was also exposed to the real estate market, through his partner, Cheryl, and supported in the development of marketing materials, as well as other various aspects necessary to enable the evolution of her business, as she charted the course to achieving success as a top realtor in the Vancouver area.

While Peter has hung up the engineer's stamp to pursue his passion of residential real estate as a realtor in Vancouver, he continues to work with the architectural and engineering communities, both in their pursuit of their real estate dreams (buy / sell / invest), as well as in supporting developers in shaping the guidelines for new single family properties and "plex" developments.

Peter balances his professional life with family time and outdoor pursuits. His two young kids keep him on his toes, ever-looking to learn something new. Never one to sit idly by, for "relaxation", Peter takes every opportunity he can to hit the slopes of Whistler, jog around False Creek or Stanley Park, or roll up the sleeves and build something.
